Ultimate Hands and Feet Massage:

If you enjoy focus on just your hands or feet, add a 30-minute ultimate hand or foot massage to any table massage session. For only an additional $50

Pre-natal session:  $190/90 min.

Services:

Relaxing Swedish Massage: This most popular form of massage utilizes long, soothing strokes to relax, relieve stress and rejuvenate the muscles. (will incorporate stretching if asked)

Therapeutic Deep Tissue:  Using techniques such as isolated stretching and neuromuscular therapy to release muscular tension and restore flexibility.  This massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue to release chronic patterns of tension.

Pre-natal:  offered after the first trimester with a doctors note
